Both of the single family homes were ground-up custom homes and Logan helped us throughout the design, contracting, construction milestone, financing and closing phases and ensured we always got the optimal value for our property. In our latest purchase, Logan was able to work with the builder and the builders agents during the tough supply constrained environment to ensure that we felt secure as clients and the end result was a dream home that we moved into! During our townhome purchase in 2021, when the Portland market was extremely competitive (townhomes were getting on an average 15-20 offers within the first 48 hours), Logan helped us win the bid before the townhome went on its first open house and we were in contract within 24 hours!
